- Then a 30-minute call — to talk it through, no pitch and no pressure.
- Then design — yours if you have them, ours if you don’t, back and forth until you like it.
- Then an estimate — the whole team weighs in, and you get a range with room to finish early.
- If we’re wrong for it — we’ll say so early and point you somewhere better.

Will you sign an NDA?
Happily, usually within a day. Security questionnaires, vendor-onboarding packs, and the rest of it are fine too — just attach them to the brief.
Is there a minimum project size?
No fixed floor — small jobs and full builds are both fine. Send us what you’re working with and we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s a fit, and what it would take. Audits are quick and fixed-scope; ongoing help is monthly with a three-month minimum.
Can we start with just a look at what we’ve got?
Often the smartest first move. One week, fixed price, and you get a prioritised list of what to fix and in what order — then you’re free to do it with your own team.
Do you work with agencies, behind the scenes?
Yes — about a fifth of our work is delivery behind another agency’s name. Your process, your repository, your client relationship. We keep our heads down.
What if my idea is half-formed?
Send it anyway. Turning a messy problem into a clear plan is the first step of the work, not a prerequisite for it. You’ll get a real reply with a few questions — not a generic quote.
